Perseverance

Teamwork, courage, creativity, intelligence ... in the end, however, only one thing really counts - perseverance.

During the first night of the second leg of the Volvo Ocean Race, the yacht suffered a serious inrush of water. What should we do now? Turn back? Call for rescue? The crew remained calm, cool and collected during this critical phase and relied on their own abilities using all of their know-how to plug the leak. They persevered.

A company also experiences difficult times: collapses in prices, cut-throat competition, depressed markets ... In these cases, it also has to be a question of reflecting upon one's strengths, showing tenacity– and persisting. It's worth it.
